When I saw this stat I thought it staggering. We work hard to keep our client retention rates in the high 90s so to see this stat for our county made me wonder what is going on.
From speaking to some local businesses it looks like there is a widening gap between what the client (quite rightly) expects and what the contractor is delivering. This isn’t helped by poorly trained staff who simply aren’t being given the equipment and products they need to do a great job, every day.
