55% of Dorset businesses are considering a change of cleaning contractor in the next six months.

When I saw this stat I thought it staggering. We work hard to keep our client retention rates in the high 90s so to see this stat for our county made me wonder what is going on. 

From speaking to some local businesses it looks like there is a widening gap between what the client (quite rightly) expects and what the contractor is delivering. This isn’t helped by poorly trained staff who simply aren’t being given the equipment and products they need to do a great job, every day.

We then train our team to use these products effectively and we supervise and support them to make sure they exceed our client’s expectation. We speak regularly to all our clients to make sure everything is as it should be so the subject of a new cleaning contractor never comes up.
