We’re typically called in by Business Owners and MDs, Operations Directors and Senior Managers who are experiencing issues with their current cleaning contractor – no shows, dirty desks, unemptied bins, sticky worktops, smelly toilets, cobwebs, dusty surfaces, coffee rings – the list is endless.
They find that they are spending more and more time fielding complaints from staff members and reporting issues to their cleaners that don’t get carried out. This then results in time consuming emails and meetings with their contractor that seemingly go unanswered.
